We can’t just wait for gender justice to simply happen where we live, work, play, and worship. We need to make it happen. And that responsibility is not for women and gender-diverse people to bear alone.
You do not have to be an expert on gender justice to have a positive impact. In your role as a leader—whether that’s as a coach, educator, colleague, supervisor, mentor, religious leader, elder, or otherwise—you are in the best position to progress gender justice where you are.
